Approach to supervision
My modality of supervision is broadly integrative. This approach would be useful for any one wishing to integrate psychodynamic, cognitive-behavioural, person-centred, systems or psychological thinking into their current practice.
I provide weekly, fortnightly or monthly supervision sessions which covers all the supervision requirements for counsellors or therapists wishing to maintain their BACP accreditation.
I provide a fortnightly supervision group lasting 1.5 hours which covers all the supervision requirements for therapists working towards, or maintaining their BACP accreditation.
I also provide work-place supervision sessions for managers, senior executives and CEOs. I can tailor an approach to supervision which offers an alternative perspective on the organisational challenges you my be facing. By drawing upon systems and psychological thinking, I can help you find innovative solutions to problems of change, conflict, productivity, performance and diversity management in your organisation.
Supervision for BACP accreditation
I also provide individual supervision sessions for coaches, counsellors or therapists working towards BACP accreditation. I completed BACP accreditation myself via the association's Route 4.2. This has given me in-depth knowledge of the portfolio requirements which are needed to make a successful application for BACP accreditation. Supervision sessions can therefore focus criterion 6, 7 and 8 as well as the case study for criterion 9. I am also able to write supervisors reports for criterion 9. Supervision sessions can be conducted on a weekly, fortnightly or monthly basis.
Training needs analysis & design
I provide training needs analysis, workshop design and development, and workshop facilitation. Workshops can be conducted at your organisation, or at venue close to your company.
Leadership for Global networked organisations
Workshops can be designed to nurture aspiring leaders in the interpersonal skills and personal effectiveness, needed to acquire the psychological capital for successful leadership positions in highly networked globalised organisations.
Fast-tracking new leaders
Workshops can also be designed which help your employees translate their emotional, psychological, and work based learning experiences into university qualifications, enabling them to be fast tracked into leadership positions at all levels. Workshops focus on helping employees developing the advanced reflective skills, needed to construct self-directed learning portfolios for accreditation of prior learning (APL) applications.
