Self-directed learning

I use mainly cognitive-behavioural therapies (CBT) for anxiety, depression, trauma and chronic conditions. For more complex problems, I also use an integrative approach to therapy, weaving together psychoanalytic, CBT, and person-centred approaches tailored to your needs. I also use neurotherapy approaches which are based on cognitive rehabilitation therapy and cognitive-behavioural therapy.
